About the founder

Welcome – I’m Cheryl.
After 18 years of experience as a Legal PA, I launched Cheryl Cohen Virtual Business Support in 2021. With two decades working within the legal sector it’s safe to say I know my way around a legal document and am familiar with legal terminology.
My journey began at 16, when I left school to pursue my ILEX Legal Secretarial Diploma at college. From there, I joined a law firm as a Legal Secretary and went on to spend almost 16 years as a PA at a leading global law firm in London.
However, things change and I decided the London commute was no longer for me, I realised I had the skills and experience to set up my own business as a Virtual Assistant.
Admin is a vital part of running a successful business, but it can also be incredibly time-consuming. That’s where we come in. By outsourcing those tasks to us, you’ll not only gain valuable time back - you’ll also have peace of mind knowing your business admin is in expert hands.

Jacqui
Jacqui loves all things legal! She has supported lawyers and their clients for over 30 years and has in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of a law firm. Jacqui can take care of your client onboarding, inbox management, meeting coordination, formatting documents, research, audio transcription and many other areas of legal support. Jacqui is a self-confessed workaholic! When not in front of the laptop she loves spending time relaxing with friends and her partner and their treasured terrier-cross Lily.

Laura
Laura is a PA with over 20 years’ experience within the legal sector, working for large international firms. Laura has gained many transferrable skills over the years from diary management, document production, research, events and much more. She has won awards for her client service during her career and gives all around support to her clients with a ‘can do’ attitude, discretion and a passion for helping business owners create a great work life balance.

Suzanne
With over 20 years of experience in the legal sector, Suzanne brings a wealth of knowledge to support busy legal professionals. She has successfully managed teams of secretaries, overseeing recruitment, professional development, performance reviews and workload management, while introducing innovative systems to improve efficiency. Her services include email and diary management, minute taking, lifestyle support, document amendments, proofreading and more. Suzanne is known for her professionalism, organisation and proactive approach, with a strong commitment to discretion, confidentiality and exceptional client service. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting community events, spending time with her family, dog sitting and taking part in Moviecise classes.
